WOW! Two things keep me coming back to a specific company; great product and great customer service. JC Air Conditioning & Heating in Edinburg have BOTH!!!! Wonderful staff and a great product. JC Air and Heating uses only quality products and equipment. For me, great customer service is a must. If a company has bad customer service, even if their product is great, I won’t return or recommend them. JC Air & Heating has some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever encountered. Fabian was wonderful!!!! With customer service like theirs, they’ve earned my family as customers for life. Courteous, friendly, honest, and all the other positive qualities I look for in a company.
